Priority Sibling Registration for 2016-2017

Parents of currently-enrolled K-4th Don Benito students can enroll siblings for the 2016-2017 school year. Pay very close attention to these dates as PUSD does not allow exceptions to the deadlines. The deadline to enroll siblings is November 20, 2015. Missing this timeframe means that you lose priority preference to enroll your children into Don Benito.  The School Office is open from 9:00am-11:30am and 1:00pm – 3:00pm.

Please bring with you the following documents for enrollment:

• Birth certificate, passport, baptismal certificate, immigration certificate, bible record
• Proof of current immunizations
• Proof of parent/guardian rent/ownership within PUSD boundaries (one of the following is accepted):
  • Deed of trust
  • Property tax bill
  • Lease agreement
  • Rental payment receipt
• Recent utility bill—gas, water or electric—in the parent/guardian name
