Science Camp 2016 Paperwork Due

Attention all 4th grade families… This is a friendly reminder that all paperwork and deposits for the Catalina trip are due.

• ALL paperwork includes: Participant Intent Form, Chaperone Interest Form if applicable, and scholarship requests if applicable.

• All paperwork and deposits should be placed in the Catalina Field Trip boxin the main office. None of these items should be given to any teachers (4th or 5th grade).

• All checks must be made payable to “Pasadena Educational Foundation” with “Don Benito Science Camp 2016” and your child’s name written in the memo line.
